Shipping Policy
We appreciate your business and take pride in processing orders with great attention to detail. Our shipping policy is outlined below, if you have any questions please email us at stellasg.art@gmail.com.
- Please allow 10 business days for all orders to be processed.
- Pre order items will ship on or before the date shown in the product listing. Orders containing a pre order item may be held until the pre order item is in stock.
- Once orders have been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
International Orders:
- Please allow up to 6 weeks from date of order for delivery.
- Duties & taxes levied by Customs are the responsibility of the customer. They cannot be estimated and are not the responsibility of the Stella Strzyzowska Shop. This applies to all orders.
- Please provide your current phone number & email address when placing your order. If customs cannot reach you, your package will be returned to the sender. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
Missing Orders:
- Please check tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly to find your package or file a claim for missing mail.
- If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us.
