A lifestyle I have cultivated consisting of meditation, prayer/ritual, yoga & strength training, healthy whole foods, tuning into the seasons, connecting with nature, ceremonial psychedelic use, and cannabis. This lifestyle is ultimately to connect with my greatest service at my highest potential and bring forth paintings I was born to paint. To uplift consciousness by optimally harnessing my biology and spirit to be the best conduit I can be. This vision was conceived and painted in Alex and Allyson Grey's painting intensive in 2018.
