This painting is about the lifestyle I cultivated as a way to be a clear vessel for the highest frequencies that I could possibly transmute into artworks, that are of my greatest service in this lifetime. There is grounding, meditation, connecting with nature and her cycles, plant and fungal medicines, in combination with exercise/mobility practices, healthy nourishment, intentional prayer/ritual and loving awareness. I created this artwork in a workshop under the instruction of Alex and Allyson Grey.
