This piece is an exploration of technique and approach under the guidance of one of my mentors, Carrie Ann Baade in 2019. Using works of old masters I created a collage digitally and then painted it. The lesson is that, if you learn to replicate old masters work you learn to paint like them. I reconstructed old masters work into this artwork about the inevitable force of time and ultimately infinity.
